Please use the assets of Suurkivi Nature Escape prudently!
It is prohibited to:
- smoke indoors
- disturb other guests
- disturb the sleeping time established by law (23:00 to 07:00), except on agreement
- satisfaction of personal needs in a improper place
- bring more people to the territory than has been notified before
PLEASE:
- every visitor must help to keep Nature Escape nice and clean
- throw the garbage into garbage bins
- consume resources (water, electricity, etc.) sparingly
- park cars only to parking area (if not agreed otherwise)
- report any incidents immediately to Nature Escape representatives
ALSO:
- Nature Escape use is not granted to minors without adult supervision
- visitors have the right to use house spaces, furniture, dishes according to intended use
- destruction or damage of the premises, furniture and other equipment caused by negligent behavior (including the influence of alcohol) must be compensated
- BBQ grilling is allowed in the appropriate places.
- It is allowed to be almost everywhere. It should be noted though that there are many trees and plants that should not be damaged and on the territory there is a pond, which is 3 meters deep.
- Nature Escape has the right to send the guests away in case of violation of these internal rules.
CANCELLATION POLICY - All leisure bookings must be cancelled 10 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation charges, any bookings cancelled after this will be liable for the full charge.
NO-SHOW - If the guest fails to check in at the nature escape on the day of scheduled arrival, they will be charged according to the cancellation-related terms and conditions.
GUARANTEE POLICY - All bookings require pre-payment or a valid credit card as guarantee.
CHECK IN & DEPARTURE - Your cabin will be available from 4pm and we ask that you vacate by 11am on the day of departure. If you wish to arrive early or stay late we may be able to arrange this at an extra charge. We are of course, more than happy to look after your luggage if you wish to extend your day of arrival or departure.
The reserved accommodation is kept for the guest until 23:00 on the day of arrival. In the event of arrival at a later time, the guest shall inform the Nature Escape about it in advance – by 23:00 on the day of arrival at the latest. If the guest fails to inform the Nature Escape about it in time, the Nature Escape is not obliged to keep the reserved room for the guest, and is also entitled to charging the guest with the cost of no-show.
For security reasons, guests are required to present a valid identity document (an identity card or a passport) at the time of check-in.
CHILDREN - Suurkivi Nature Escape is designed for adults, but aim to be child-friendly. Please be considerate of other guests when you bring children. Children must be accompanied all times until age of 12.
DOGS - We are dog-friendly around Suurkivi Nature Escape, but they must be supervised at all times and kept on a leash. Please do not leave pets in your car. Assistance dogs are, of course, welcome everywhere.
We have created a peaceful and tranquil environment for guests and hope this policy is understood by everyone who stays with us. We can arrange baby-sitting & dog-sitting to enable you to enjoy the facilities of the Suurkivi.
PETS - Extra charge for a 10 EUR/day.
VILLAGE LIFE - Häädemeeste is a quiet village and we would ask all our guests to be respectful of our neighbours, especially late at night.
SMOKING - Smoking is strictly prohibited in all internal parts of Suurkivi. If you are found to have been smoking in your cabin a 200€ charge will be added to your account.
DAMAGES - In the event of any damage or loss to the contents of your cabin, including stains to any of the soft furnishings, carpets and rugs we reserve the right to charge the credit or debit card used to book your reservation with either the full cost of repairing/cleaning such item(s) or if this is not possible the replacement cost with new.
PARKING - Free parking is available.
WI-FI - Free wifi is available in Main House.
MOBILE PHONE COVERAGE - Häädemeeste is a rural location where coverage is at times unreliable, we hope that the peaceful environment at Suurkivi will encourage you to turn your phone off but we do have landline in Main House for your use for extra charge.
